9- 0% APR Terms and Conditions

Thank you for considering Ace Condition’s 0% APR financing program. By applying for and participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
9.1- Down Payment Requirement:

- If approved for the 0% APR financing program, the customer is required to pay at least 50% of the total purchase price as a down payment before receiving the financed equipment or services.
9.2- Credit Score Requirement:

- Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 670 to qualify for the 0% APR program.

9.3- Income or Financial Documentation:
- Applicants must provide one of the following for income verification:
a) Six (6) months of recent W2s
b) Six (6) months of recent bank statements
9.4- Discount Options for Other Payment Methods:
- Customers who pay with cash, credit card, debit card, or make the full payment upfront are likely to receive a better discount than those opting for the 0% APR financing program.
9.5- Late Payment Fee:
- If a customer fails to make a payment by the due date, an $80 late payment fee will apply for each late payment.
9.6- Duration of 0% APR:
- The 0% APR program is valid for the first two (2) years of the agreement. After two years, any remaining unpaid balance will accrue interest at a 15% annual percentage rate (APR).
9.7- Credit Reporting for Late Payments:
- If a customer fails to make the minimum monthly payment on their due date for six (6) consecutive months, Ace Condition reserves the right to report the delinquency to credit bureaus.
9.8- Approval Timeline:
- Approval decisions will be made within 1-2 business days of receiving a complete application, including all required documents.
